Life Coaching

Coaching helps you to use all the resources and qualities that you already have to challenge and bring about awareness in your own life and make changes. Coaching does not disregard the past, however it recognises where you're at in the present, whilst giving you tools and goals towards the future. 

We can work together on the following:

  • Personal development - Developing skills, improving self awareness, confidence, communication, boundaries, growth, managing responses differently, understanding yourself better

  • Thinking about the future, preparing for the next step - this could be in preparation for a change or it could be after a change has happened, perhaps one that was unforseen

  • Working towards a desired outcome. Realistic goal setting, needing a sounding board and some accountability

  • Making a change to an aspect of your life ie work, career, balancing work, life, family life, perhaps a relationship or relationships
